Choice of training options

We offer two simple ways to work together, depending on how you prefer to train. Some people want structure and independence over time, while others just want consistent guidance without having to think.

Both are completely private and 1-1.

Option 1

4-3-2-1 Program

Duration: 16 weeks

Build confidence & become independent

This is for you if you want to:

  • build long-term confidence in the gym
  • learn what you’re doing and why
  • follow a structured plan
  • become independent over time

This is our structured coaching path for people who want to go from feeling unsure in the gym to training confidently on their own.

It’s designed for people who want clear progression, accountability, and a step-by-step approach.

We start with more support in the early stages, then gradually reduce coaching as your confidence and ability grow.

The goal is simple - to help you understand how to train properly so you can eventually do it independently, without relying on ongoing coaching.

Option 2

1-2 Sessions Per Week

Duration: Monthly rolling

Train with structure and ongoing support

This is for you if you want:

  • ongoing structure and accountability
  • no planning or decision-making
  • a set time to train each week
  • support without a long-term program

This option is for people who prefer simple, consistent training without needing to plan or think ahead.

You just turn up, follow your session, and train in a private environment with guidance.

There’s no fixed commitment period. You can continue month by month.

Which one should you choose?

Most people are unsure at the start, and that’s completely normal.

A lot of clients begin with the monthly rolling sessions to get comfortable, then move into the 4-3-2-1 Program when they’re ready for more structure and progression.

We can guide you into the right option after a short chat and visit.
