How it works

You train 1–2 times per week with us in Transflash.

Each session is fully coached, structured, and adapted to you.

This is for people who want structure, guidance, and accountability without needing a fixed program or long-term commitment.

There’s no fixed end date. You simply continue month by month as long as you want.

What this is for?

This option is ideal if you want:

  • consistent guidance when you train
  • a set time in your week to focus on fitness
  • no need to plan or think about workouts
  • accountability without pressure

What you can expect

Each session is designed so you can just turn up and train.

We take care of:

  • your programme
  • session structure
  • progression over time
  • coaching during each session

You focus on showing up and training in a private, distraction-free environment.

Pricing

Monthly coaching starts from £300 per month, depending on how often you train.

All sessions are 1-1 in a completely private environment with structured programming and ongoing support.

We’ll confirm the exact setup after a short chat based on your availability and how often you’d like to train.

Who this is not for

This is not a structured transformation program.

If your goal is to build full confidence and independence in the gym, the 4-3-2-1 Program will be a better fit.
