Hi, I’m Harry, founder of Transflash

I’ve been coaching since 2009 and opened Transflash in 2014, to offer a completely private personal training studio in Manchester City Centre.

I created Transflash for people who wanted to get fitter and stronger, but also wanted to do it in private.

A different way to train

Most of the people I work with aren’t “gym people”

They’re often:

  • unsure where to start
  • frustrated with past attempts
  • or simply don’t enjoy the typical gym environment

That’s why everything at Transflash is built around simplicity, structure, and privacy.

  • No crowds
  • No pressure
  • No shouting

Just a calm space where you can focus and know exactly what you’re doing.

How I coach

My approach is structured and step-by-step.

You don’t need to rely on motivation or guess what to do when you walk in.

Sessions are planned, scheduled, and tailored to you, so you can just turn up and train, without overthinking it.

For a lot of clients, especially busy professionals, that’s what makes the difference.

I set Transflash up to create an environment where you can step away from everything else for a while.
