What is the 4-3-2-1 Program?

A structured path from gym beginner to confident, independent training, in a completely private environment.

If you’ve ever felt unsure in the gym, overwhelmed by crowds, or reliant on motivation that never quite lasts, this program was built for you.

The 4-3-2-1 Program gives you more support at the start, when confidence is lowest and gradually builds your independence over time.

This isn’t about endless personal training. It’s about learning how to train properly, confidently, and independently.

Not ready for a structured program yet?

Thats completely fine. You can begin with 1-2 sessions per week to get comfortable, build confidence and see how it feels.

When you’re ready, we can then guide you into a more structured approach like the 4-3-2-1 program.

How the program works

The 16-week program follows a clear progression:

Weeks 5–8 3 coached sessions per week
Weeks 9–12 2 coached sessions + 1 independent session
Weeks 13–16 1 coached session + 2 independent sessions

Support reduces as confidence increases on purpose.

All sessions take place in our completely private gym, giving you space to focus and learn without distractions.

Why we start with higher frequency

Early on, motivation is often high, but confidence and structure are not.

More frequent sessions at the start help you:

Repetition builds confidence. Confidence builds independence.

Fixed training days

At the start your training days are fixed.

This removes decision fatigue completely.

No thinking:

  • “Should I train today?”
  • “When should I go?”
  • “Did I miss it?”

You just show up and train.

As confidence grows

As you:

  • Understand your program
  • Feel more in control

We reduce sessions gradually.

This is not a downgrade. It’s progress.

The goal is independence, not dependency.

The 4-3-2-1 Program is designed to give beginners support at the start of their fitness journey.

The 16 week plan allows clients to grow in confidence to train properly, confidently and independently, in the knowledge that what they are doing works.

Because meaningful habits don’t form in a few sessions.

Sixteen weeks gives you enough time to:

  • Build skill
  • Build routine
  • Build confidence
  • Reduce reliance on external motivation

All in a private, safe environment.

That’s normal — and it’s exactly why this program exists.

We build consistency while motivation is highest, then reduce the load as training becomes part of your routine.

The structure is designed to lower risk, not increase it — and in a private gym, you can focus fully on yourself.

If you’re looking for casual, open-ended sessions, this isn’t that.

If you want:

Most clients continue training independently 2–3 times per week and use coaching sessions for accountability and progression.
